 The Rebecca Foundation has Handed Over a Newly Constructed Library.

d and handed over a newly constructed Library in Kumawu in the Sekyere Kumawu District on Friday 19th Feb.2021.


This is in support to the District Assembly and the Ghana Library Authority in the Ashanti Region.


The library was constructed, furnished, and resourced by the Rebecca Foundation with the aid of Ghana Education Service, Ghana Library Authority and Book Aid International.


Through the " Learning to Read Reading to Learn" initiative by the Rebecca Foundation, people at Wenchi, Sefwi Debiso, Moree, Daffiama Bussie Issah and Amasaman has benefited from the library constructions.


Very soon, the foundation will commission and hand over libraries at Bortianor and Dambai making eight libraries in total the foundation has constructed.


Rebecca Foundation is founded by the first lady of the Republic of Ghana, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

The review provides a rare glimpse into the government’s fiscal strategy, emerging challenges, and how it plans to reshape Ghana’s economic direction. The Road Race organized by the Ghana Cycling Federation in collaboration with Prudential Life Insurance Ghana drew Competitors from Ghana, Nigeria, and Morocco. 1 10 Professional cyclists competed for the prestigious PRURIDE Accra 2025 Men's Road Race. In a stunning display of endurance, the peloton conquered twenty laps setting the roads of Accra alight with competition. After racing for over two hours and fifty three minutes, Solomon Tagoe of Gutten CC powered across the finish line to claim a victory. His break away competitor Gabriel from Nigeria suffered a flat tyre which gave Solomon Tagoe an edge over him. The 2025 PRURide edition marked a significant milestone in gender equity, with equal prize money awarded to both the male and female champions.
